It tells us nothing other than there being a conflict between applications.

That's easy ^^ setup a test VM, set SELinux to permissive and setup plesk. Just read the first 50-100 SElinux reports and you'll understand the problem ^^

At that point it's about keeping SELinux in check and not the other way around. Making SELinux aware that what that program is doing IS correct, and that it shouldn't interfere with it.

Plesk has the problem that it doesnt come with a very tightly restricted policy file allowing it exactly what it needs to do.

Because plesk is such a huge hunk of shitty management software doing all kinds of shit i'd want it to declare ahead of time what it can do and in the event of it being hacked not affect anything but plesk and stuff it manages.
