is there a flag for dnf to remove an app and its configuration?
nope. dnf remove removes all files referenced in the rpm package.generally, ~/.config/$appname files are created/copied after the installation and aren't tracked by dnf.

anyone familiar with freebsd? i have freebsd 11 on the laptop 8 core i7 and gt 750m, its runniid!ng very slow everything is lagging, its like there is no video acceleration at all, so what do i need to configure to let it fly, and its hanging after installing fx86 video driver
i installed it on ssd
while installing typing didnt work lol so i was not be able to create zfs partition manualy on hdd

Sounds like a driver issue to meIs your gpu supported?
Also if you want everything to 'just work', you could also look into TrueOS/PC-BSD

Well, better in every aspect for your usage.I rather stick to gnome that can still be made to look and behave like gnome classic if one is so inclined amd needs that retro feel.
