День добрый ребят , а есть у кого нибудь ссылка на канал мурзилки ?

В чате было обсуждение про сервера вк. Т.е. проще хранить файлы и не удалять их. Получается, что и на серверах Телеграма текст, фото, видео т.д. не удаляются и остаются навсегда. Даже если оба собеседника чат удалили.
