Добрый день. А о каком именно из трёх описанных мной речь? Мне конечно кажется наиболее интересным бот, интегрирующий WhatsApp в Telegram, чтобы можно было спокойно держать все контакты в одной программе. После того поста со мной связывались, говорили, что всё это реализуемо, но... в последний момент выяснилось, что эти люди хотят определённую цену за бота. На этом наш разговор прекратился. Мне показалось странным делать платных ботов на общедоступном открытом API, ибо стоит сделать такого, купить или продать — завтра появится бесплатный аналог от какого-нибудь энтузиаста, сделавшего то же самое или даже лучше, просто ради идеи.
