так, нужно срочно тестить темы

бордеры классические, которые мерцали, исчезли http://i12.pixs.ru/storage/7/7/6/Screenshot_9249389_25393776.jpg но проблемы пока еще есть по бокам и внизу

и шрифт Trebuchet MS кажись исправили, сразу после применения темы в заголовках нет заглушек, обычный текст

баг теперь только в названии пуска, в других местах все ок, в дефолтном шрифте

там наверное другой шрифт используется или из-за накланенности шрифта баг
