What kind of support do you need?
I’m looking into the possibility of using ReactOS as a game system OS similar to XBox’s system software. So, I’m not directly looking for support, I’m just doing research.

Who's ran ReactOS on Xbox Series X? Additionally, I specifically said "similar to XBox's system software", which uses Hyper V at it's core.

It wasn't just XBox, it was XBox's system software -which is an actual component itself. So, clearly I wasn't talking about the hardware, I was talking about a specific piece of software -which has it's own lifecycle

The name of the console was just XBox. And we talked about the real Xbox, the first one, the one which was a modified PC. Btw, the first one never had a Xbox system software. The XBox Dashboard was just a XBE file being started off firmware in kernel mode. The whole real OS or precisely the modded W2000 kernel was inside the BIOS/Firmware and any game was shipping all the rest including drivers and ran in kernel mode all the time. Regarding other newer consoles... Never heard of any way to get another OS onto the newer ones at all.

When I said "It wasn't just XBox", I was referring to my earlier comment where I wasn't asking about "just XBox". I was asking about XBox system software, specifically. However, I still haven't gotten an answer to my original question -whether or not ReactOS has a Hyper V implementation.

If you mean by Hyper-V implementation something like drivers for running in it.... Nope. If you mean a own Hyper-V Hypervisor, nope either. We are in Alpha state and have way too less devs to be able to do more than getting the base working slowly but steadily.

It's hard question to answer, mostly because I'm not a developer (or even contributor) of project 🙃

As I understand it, there are some NT 6+ compatibility works in ReactOS, but it's not a priority to work on that because the current goal is NT 5.2.

5.2 is a subset of 6.0, so yeah it helps to have a goal to target first.

One thing I think is lacking in ReactOS is multiprocessing capability, but I understand that there are many improvements to be made in the kernel and that creating a new process scheduling algorithm can be something non-trivial.

We still do not achieve complete windows compatibility (specially hardware and drivers) so is still very very early to plan what is further that milestone

once i copied system32 from windows to reactos but i realized they were of different arch and the system of course didn't work anymore
