Same as every Linux, you have to create a USB RAM (iso+syslinux+freeloader .zip files) https://reactos.org/wiki/Installing_ReactOS#USB-RAM%20boot

Sort of, I didn't like the stagnation and started my own project, I edited texts like app names etc and someone did a joke that I remove "copyrights" and that joke went too far..
