In my times of university, the campus had a type of license agreement in that they could read the source code. I knew a teacher who did it.

OT question: for a lesson, I need to install windows 98se on a VM. I need it fully working, audio network and so on. Does anyone know a VM manager running on windows 10 as host, and still supporting windows 98se as guest?
