Why reactors tagged as alpha? I kinda feel beta already!

Alpha typically refers to the stage that foundational work is still being done. ReactOS is still missing quite a lot of functionality in the kernel and some subsystems. IMO, the kernel at least having prototype functions all filled out should push it to beta. Of course only the project leaders actually decide the criteria.
