TempleOS is respectable in a few ways. Terry envisioned it as a spiritual successor to Commodore 64, everything programmable, discoverable, and without burdens of a large multi-user OS

He also simultaneously envisioned it as God's operating system and a place for worship, so I guess you have to make of it what you will. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

It has a program that just outputs random words and one part of Terry's brain thought it was the divine word of God.
