I remember there were/are programs to interact with the binaries directly, don't know if any are open source. ReactOS builds them more properly though.

You'd think it might be as easy as TortoiseSVN->Create Patch... but because SVN doesn't have local branches, I of course needed to have multiple versions of certain files/folders. And because a patch that adds "xxx - Copy.c" isn't very useful, that means I get to create patch, revert, replace files with the 2nd copy, create <ThFabba> patch, revert, replace files with the 3rd copy, .... <tkreuzer> hahaha, welcome to the world I left behind months ago :D
