I knew people trying to do that, they usually ended up installing Linux or asking someone with Linux to compile it for them

cross compiling is full of pitfalls

Actually my friend was/is using Linux installed on VM on windows and he uses that to code stuff

The only problem was that his windows didn't allow to save files in VM so he had to write code in vi and from that he compiled it and run

When I saw that in person, I was quite amazed

After trying to do dual boot on my laptop windows said "how about no" and stopped working

I have no idea what happened

I have all windows partitions which I can access from Linux but in boot menu I can't see windows, in bios I can't see windows and when I tried to fix it with windows install, windows said that there's no windows and when I tried to install it, it said I don't have drivers that are needed for windows to install
