Bro just chill I am not handicapped I asked as windows development can be done with <windows.h> something similar for ubuntu

GTK but it is not enough to have all-over control

You have to understand even Xorg and Wayland for the near future

Just stick with Qt, it is much heavier but also much easier

I would start with Qt but I don't want to do I want to learn development with simple text editors maybe in future I will try Qt and Gtk

As I did for windows

If you want to go with C++ you may consider Qt
