You as of today may be able to say that about you who has read that book, but you after reading that book will probably understand that there is more to learn. That said, I would recommend reading Effective C++, More Effective C++, and Effective Modern C++ books after you finish A Tour of C++. Also take the 3rd edition of A Tour of C++, previous editions are too old.

See I don't know much but yah making some projects that stands out and not learning the language but learning how the things actually works can help you in getting your "foreign internship" or job at your desired firm.
