when sending frames in kernel ,dev_queue_xmit() want to call ,after calling it it puts frame in a tx queue(some nics are multi queue) after calling ndo_start_xmit ,what happens ? what part is responsible for handling after that ?

You can use strlen() method to return length of string in findLength function.
