if leap is zero, daytab in function gets access to the first row, and accordingly, if leap is 1, it gets access to the second row, correct?

Here arrow (pointed) line is expansion which return true and false....
And in c/c++ 0 means false and 1 is true..
If expression return true then leap = 1
And if expression return false then leap = 0
In loop leap variable representing index number for daytab
