what does "it won't execute" mean?
Anonymous
Thats the code, it compiles but wont execute. What am I doing wrong?
Anonymous
It wont run, it builds without errors but wont run
BinaryByter
what does "it won't run" mean?
Anonymous
I mean it doesn't "print" in the terminal so to speak. Better?
Anonymous
The desired result is to have the sequence of numbers appear in the compiler but nothing "prints"
Anonymous
Sorry if I'm not being clear enough but I've only just started coding for bootcamp

BinaryByter
you are probably having an infinite loop
Anonymous
Also, we're are prohibited from using the printf function, hence the ft_putchar

BinaryByter
an infinite loop just means that the while never stops looping
BinaryByter
its valid code
Anonymous
How do I close that infinite loop looking at the code I just posted? Please assist
BinaryByter
try using printf statements to debug your code to see where the loop is going on infinitely
Anonymous
We're prohibited from using any <stdio.h> functions
Anonymous
So, printf is out of the question sadly
BinaryByter
no
BinaryByter
you use printf to see where your program is going bad
BinaryByter
later, you will remove those
