Depends on the company. Some are pretty fair and pay, some are... special. But thats everything ot here

There's once a site in China called WooYun. Hackers report bugs on that platform. High-level hackers and the responsible company can read the report. When fixed, the report will be published. And the responsible company will often pay the hacker who report the bug, though not mandatory. Anyway, it'll get that hacker reputation, which will bring money too.

There are different ways to disclose Publicly or privately Privately disclosing it depends on the company/dev if they award you with any rewards Publicly i suggest only doing it after informing them that you will disclose if they dont contact back or fix it
