Yeah the NETGEAR is messed up exactly why i need VPN client

Any time i connect another LAN to the NETGEAR it starts to misbehave and timeouts

i think you just need to dive deeper in the documentation and setup properly your anyconnect ssl vpn with asa, by the way you even didnt provide any details about on which step you ve failed

Ok, im trying to use Cisco VPN client

i know its outdated, but i got it to work

I've got anyconnect but not created a profile for it yet on the ASA

I've set up the connection profile on the client with the paswword/preshared key

On the ASA ive setup IPsec/Ikev1 profile with same password and local authentication

By the way i used the VPN wizard on the ASA

i went on to modify the group policies, Ext-ACL and set the traffic type, source and destination address pools

Cause they kinda moved to Anyconnect

For the last 7 years I have not seen vanilla Cisco VPN, only anyconnect was used.
