Well first download install image from here http://onlyteam.ru/10-11-6/ (red arrow)

Then unpack downloaded iso

Find, download and install “r-drive image” soft

Inside folder with unpacked iso find and double click on 10105.arc file. I guess this will be opened in r-drive. Select your usb flash and click continue until writing starts

Thats all - bootable flash usb with mac os install is ready. Restart PC and try to boot and install mac os. Don’t forget to run disk utility before installation process and format your HDD with GUID scheme and mac os extended (journaled) file system

Actually I never installed mac os on AMD systems because I have Intel. I just decided to help you with translate)
