I did in in a 1U server and there was only one graphics card on the market in the last two gens of AMD thats 1PCI slot tall that can play modern games and triple A titles

Yeap, the new grub.efi file installed by the new Fedora 25 pointed to the new grub.cfg file so the link to the old fedora 25 was missing on the new grub, chailoading was not an option. I still have to read on how to fix it but I have others stuff to take care at first. Out of the box 2 Fedora installs will not work on UEFI installs.

what I do is use youtube-dl -F <url> first to check formats an quality and then youtube-dl -f 'videoformat-audioformat' <url> to download it

you can shorten that to bestvideo+bestaudio (not sure on + tough) or even to bestvideo[width<=1920] ect.

bestaudio will always select highest-bitrate audio available.

no need to check the format.
