I think Compiz has its own window decorators, what you have on your screenshot is the default compiz decorator, but there's for example GTK (I think that's how it was called) which took themes from metacity, and Emerald which had its own themes

If a Seller foesnt respect your 2-year warranty on anything (excluding batteries) you can be damn sure they'll get a nice fine out of it.

As far as I know, it is currently in Beta stage. And release is scheduled at 11th. :)

If you want, you can update it now and get a pretty stable beta.
