Why do you need to delete the other desktop? Just installing Plasma and selecting it from login menu is enough.

To save space and make login faster, no need select DE just get log in automatically and i dont like DE selection menu appears on my welcome screen ?

In modern discs that shouldn't be a problem. And if it is, then is better to make a fresh install, so only the packages related to the selected desktop will be installed.

Can purge command make it right? Purge to kiss away all no related DE packages

Auto-login is a terrible idea. Anyone can get in your computer, do their please with your data and leave as if nothing happened.

I do have autologin, I enter the LUKS password so I don't have to do it twice. Login passwords are useless anyway

Actual command is redirected to dnf but yum can be installed through something called yum-legacy
