Just remove them using dnf and then drop their configs from home directory.

But dont, ever, install via graphical Installer. Even WIndows is moving away from it with chocolatey and their extension of choco in the Windows Store

If make a fresh install, all your software will be gone. What I do, it's writing all what I had installed in my previous system so I know what I have to install and in which order when I install again.

You can also setup a local Squid Cache and point your Fedora to use it as package source, all files going over there will then be cached

So others can update their pcs easily if you share a network with them - ipfire firewall offers to do so by default for all distributions

do the same after you dnf update on the new setup

use meld to compare
