well, so I'll just stick with Manjaro for now or try suse tumbleweed soon I'll use fedora or any libre-like distros later

What wifi card do you have?

if it works in another linux distro it will work with fedora, if its proprietary you have to just simply go outside of fedoras repos.

a few years ago Poland had its own distributions (Aurox, based on Red Had, and PLD), right now it's Ubuntu remix at best

No, in Spanish, gratis and libre are different words. "Entrada libre" means that anyone without restrictions is allowed to go to a particular event (like a concert or a theatre play), "Entrada gratis" means that you don't have to pay. In English both would be "Free entrance". This is why the FSF often uses the Spanish word "libre" to clearly state that is free as in freedom and not free as in a gift or costless thing. Depends on a lot of things, once you start configuring arch it starts to be about the same.

Fedora just has a lot preinstalled.

Considering arch isnt corperate backed and the vast majority dont use architecture other than 86_64 and ARM

it makes sense

Right now, no. But I have two devices I use very often that are i386. Dell Latitude 100L that I use as a home terminal and Asus EeePC 701 I use as a portable communication terminal.
