will F25 upgrade to gnome3.24 DE or it will be only on next F26 release? (im a new fedora user coming from debian) gnome3 runs way better on fedora but debian "unstable" is more bleeding edge! so can i count on gnome3.24 on F25 soon?

It will be available only on the next release fc26, I think you can upgrade to Fedora Branched 26 and give a try to it.

If you want more bleeding edge than Debian Sid, you're better go with Fedora Rawhide

I'd recommend the branched release too, instead of Rawhide. now that Gnome 3.24 is out rawhide will soon start getting Gnome 3.25 pre-release packages

or if you want to stay on a stable release, many apps from the latest-and-greatest release should soon be available via Flatpak - http://flatpak.org/apps.html

well since "sid" doesnt deserve to be called "unstable" because its pretty stable being a desktop OS point of view (cant talk about servers because im just a desktop user not a server or develop guy) can it be said the same about rawhide? using "sid" in for several years a only had one bug that make my machine unusable and it was a networkmanager package config file. well funny thing is that a found the solution in the Arch Linux documentation :)... so... can "rawhide" be comparable to "sid"?

Nahhh, just follow step by step the process as described in the wiki and you will be fine. I upgraded from fc22 to fc23 without issues. And I have a friend who upgraded from fc25 to rawhide without problems.

Try with a Live DVD and see if the packages set provided has support for your devices. Another option could be using an Android Phone with USB tethering.
