Fedora is not Windows. You don't need to do anything. DNF will keep only 3 last installed kernels. DNF will clean it's caches automatically.

Bleachbit. But old kernels get deleted every time a new kernel is installed so I wouldn't worry about that.

No. If the User does start apl docker services for example with a wildcard he'd kill them. Because docker.service is 100% enough as it calls all other services.

Its not about the unit file, its starting them with a wildcard

Systemd has many, many reasons to dislike it - but not making the user able to accidentally fuck over their services by calling all services starting with x isnt one of them

well, libpam sounds like something affilated with PAM (Pluggable Authentication Mechanism, AFAIR), which is required if you want to log into your machine

so I suppose systemd relies on that pretty heavily, and will crash when unable to use it
