The Alpha version of Fedora is not useable for public, that's for sure. And I never heard of proof of concept in the QA team.

Well, I guess that when you have already an operating system you can skip the proof of concept part...

but the rule of the thumb proof of concept is just having all the stuff work seperately, alpha is all the stuff works together, beta is taking that and making it look nice for users and final is just making it look nicer for users
