It is an intelligence agency. I don't think that in the US you can come to Langley's CIA HQ and take pictures freely

In Spain you can't take pictures of trains or train stations either

Those laws were written with Franco

no, they will take your camera, extract the media and/or destroy it (media and/or camera)

They have a right to do that

Lol, when I was a little child, I was a fan of Dzerzhinsky. He wrote sort of biography of himself especially for the children. One of my favorite books.

No, it's not. It's an intelligence agency. It makes sense they don't want people roaming around taking pictures. How can they know if it's not a spy from another agency?

Industrial spionage was apparently a big thing in WWII
It was, but… Spain? With all respect, the country wasn't precisely in the avant-garde of technology.

Anyway, it's been a long while since the war ended.

Terry

Alpha
that means it is almost done

I don't feel Spanish so I won't even be offended. Spain was and still is a third world country that wants to look first world

In the case of unexpected war, non-military trains can be used for transport of the troops. If the enemy engineer will see the photos of train or the photos of railroad, he can easily calculate the best place for placing bombs or mines to explode the train/railroad.

Kohane
13.02.2017
17:19:33

No. Alpha is the first step. Beta is the second step and Release Candidate is almost done.

Terry
13.02.2017
17:19:57
alpha is actually like almost done

like it is useable by public

Kohane
13.02.2017
17:21:15
The Alpha version of Fedora is not useable for public, that's for sure. And I never heard of proof of concept in the QA team.

Terry
13.02.2017
17:22:45
ok then maybe fedora does it differently

Kohane
13.02.2017
17:23:32
Well, I guess that when you have already an operating system you can skip the proof of concept part...

Terry
13.02.2017
17:24:19
but the rule of the thumb proof of concept is just having all the stuff work seperately, alpha is all the stuff works together, beta is taking that and making it look nice for users and final is just making it look nicer for users
