A simple single pass with random data or even 0s will make it irrecoverable alright.
I've heard some rumors about special restoring programs that was maked by Roscomnadzor(Russian committee of watch and control)

But maybe it's just a stupid rumors

Literally no way.

A 3 TB HDD ... Yeah. You're not going to get anything out of that.

You can just use nginx with the real_ip module, add Opera's allocations, and it'll translate it for you

People try to use Opera and Google VPNs to bypass the fraud detection on my company's website; it's hilarious

Er, tokens, rather

You really shouldn't use software for OTP, though. Unless it's on a phone that hasn't been rooted/jailbroken with no sideloaded software.

And even then, it's a bit risky.

How to explain this...Like Steam guard but for lots of sites

I know what you mean by 2FA. Just wasn't sure if you meant a password manager that requires a second factor before you can access your passwords.

My phone cannot be rooted or jailbraked, it's Microsoft Lumia. Too crap for the hacker attacks(really, new versions of firmware cannot be jailbraked at all. You can install or launch the apps only from the store)

There is, but it's inherently insecure. You're essentially eliminating the security of the second factor.
