you could also try opening the hatch under your laptop and swapping the main and aux antennas over, in case its only listening to one of them for some reason. This can be a dirty way around the issue

if plugging the aux into the main and the main into the aux works though, at least you know the drivers only listening to one antenna and can build on it from there

hey! the I am facing is that fedora in my laptop does not catch wifi singnals. Sometimes it does not show available wifi even when I am sitting right next to router but works absolutely fine on windows 10. And by any chance it gets connected to wifi then after sometime it again disconnects.

In general i'd recommend staying in the main de a distro offers - which is gnome. Fedora's Kde is buggy, especially if you have more Monitors or, even worse, use an nvidia gpu

I tried with both Prop and nouveau - it crashed repeatably the second i added a desklet and let it run for 10 Minutes

My M4800 just wouldn't let me have it - may have been the fact that one screen is computed by the intel hd tough but output is trough the m4800's quadro

I had not a single bug, crash, problem or even tearing with the same nouveau version and card under gnome

using the same fedora 25 base now happily since 1 week after fedo 25 came out

used it even after fedo 24 came out, all on nouveau

it depends on graphic-card u have

for some too good graphic cards nouveau makes lots of problems

like bad/no animation support, bad resolution, and so on. but with reasonable graphic cards it works perfect
