Or maybe the reading was just after a suspend
My battery shows crazy times when I resume from a suspend
It calculated from power consumption averaged over the last few minutes

So the low wattage during suspend can show unrealistic times for a few minutes after a suspend

Surprisingly my Win10 had been given me about 2.5h while in Linux it was up to 4 hours. I believe this is because constat crazy IO activity Win 10 generated on my SSHD drive

Ah, I see @AnXh3L0 I used a Toshiba Satellite and a Dell Latitude, both working perfect. And in both Windows works fine (once in a blue moon I open it) but consuming more energy than Fedora. And more internet ?

Yes, usually I don't mind. But sometimes I have to use my 3G and then I notice the difference.
Also it's a matter of principles. "If I'm doing the same or less tasks online, why the heck is consuming more?? what is it doing out of my sight?"

These are the hardcoded DNS domain names that will resolve to their proper IP addresses regardless of what you put into the HOSTS file:
[...]
msdn.microsoft.com
office.microsoft.com
microsoftupdate.microsoft.com
[...]
And on top of all that, _most_ Non-Foss Blockers for Win10 implement shady things or telemetry of their own
