Sorry for the delay.. The combined size of all the packages is 3.7GB.. I've reached 64% now... So I think I'll finish this.. When I said 100kbps, I actually meant 100kBps.. b and B make a difference.. Typo ? However, I would love to know what technique you were intending to use..

Ok. I assumed you were going to use the DVD iso (I think in the Server section) that is basically a curated collection of packages from Everything that you can pick and choose. Back in the day, we used the makedeltaiso command (part of the deltaiso binary package which is part of deltarpm) to generate a compressed delta between two iso images (say 24 and 25). If you already have the iso for F24, you would just download the F24->F25 deltaiso, apply it, and presto, you now magically have the complete F25 iso.

The problem is that, because deltaiso is build on deltarpm, it only creates deltas between the rpms on the old and new iso images. This isn't very useful with the Live images that are now really the standard for installing Fedora.

I don't think the Fedora Project itself ever created deltaisos (unlike deltarpms, which are still being created and actively used), and I think the main volunteer who was making them stopped when there was a lack of interest

But, the tools _should_ still work if someone ever needed a deltaiso.

There is no known way to force telegram to minimize at startup aside using xdotool to find any open telegram window and manually minimize it at login - which will show the telegram window for a flash

I see DRPMS being downloaded by my system and the size of RPMS being reduced but I never knew what was happening under the hood.. This clears the confusion.. Thanks a lot.. I'll do some research and let's see if I can try it for the next upgrade.. Afterall, what's the use of running Linux without tinkering with it ?

Unable To Fetch the update repo? if it's, most likely your connection problem. is it only happen when trying to install TeamViewer? Need detailed output though to determine the issue.
