Do a fresh install of Fedora 24. That will be better. Will save you time and headaches.

In that case @Igetin , install Windows first and Linux after. Windows won't recognise Linux partitions AFAIK but Linux does recognise Windows partitions

You need RPM Fussion to get Google Chrome

Or download Google Chrome directly from their page

When you install Chrome from their page, it will install the Google repository as well

Second, it's third party, it's not in the official repositories

Just add RussianFedora repository and install Chromium with full multimedia and Flash support.

Chromium in RussianFedora repository supports both x86_64 and i686 architectures.
