из 32 контор где я был на собесе, на этот вопрос ответили спокойно только в 4 местах, в остальных начинали либо быковать либо рассказывать, что я хреновый специалист, что сам не пишу интеграционные тесты

он как раз частенько пытается ) в безапелляционной форме правда не радугой

То, что там есть фаза тестирования, ещё не значит, что тесты писать будешь ты

если нет тестировщиков на CI то варианта 2, либо нет CI либо тесты пишешь ты
