You probably need to rebuild all your kernel modules to work with current kernel. Have you already rebuild/reinstalled all ports?

I did gitup with ports and rebuild recompile my kernel. But looks like i did some in wrong way. Anw thanks for the highlights. Will try again tonight.

The basic road to manual update is:
0. Install misc/compat_<previous_version>
1. Recompile world and test new kernel first, make sure COMPAT_<previous version> is there.
2. Install new world, verify configs.
3. Rebuild or reinstall all ports, as they are still compiled for older ABI.

Hello Dears; Please I need a help; I use a CentOS and i create a FreeBSD VM and after a few days, i check disk usage on Centos df -h, and I find /dev/mapper/centos-root is 100% full; I ask if this fully can impact VM installed on it ?

there are many hypervisors available for linux. which one are you using? what type of storage did you give to the VM? what filesystem type did you choose for FreeBSD? your CentOS system is certainly messed up, the VM might be salvageable.

yes save the VM to external drive , delete it from disk, check space on drive and clean it up-remove un-needed stuff. note: you can run your VM from a usb/external device.

As expected, i check the /etc/ssh/sshd_config and it's configured PermitRootLogin without-password and there is a list of AllowUsers and must add a user name to be login in this list
