I know how to program in C++ GUI and it's not easy, you have to remember lots of things.

Not hard for me, especially if you have proper code completion and the documentation is solid, for example in Qt or wxWidgets

True... using Qt makes things easy but it's really not native code anymore so you lose the benefit of making a program in C++, use Delphi actually it makes native code and code is as fast as C++ or C.
