the evolution is what made us smart and conscious. the evolution let strong and smart to live, and weak and stupid to die. the evolution is something that applies when you trying to pass an exam or job interview. smart will pass, stupid will go away. why not to apply the same principle here? if you don't smart enough, why to bother? from my expirience people who are dumb will never become smart.
