If you want to implement a linked list - read something like this http://www.learn-c.org/en/Linked_lists No math, lots of pictures. Just the oppoesite of the book. If you're trying to implement a hash table - stop right there. This is very advanced. Do it later :D

I originally used Atom (I like the design and packages more), but then realized it booted up WAY too slow, and ran slower on average than VS Code, so I switched over.
