Win2k3 is and should remain a priority until a stable ReactOS version, imho

Win2k3 compatibility, I mean

after that, devs will need for sure to focus on making ReactOS a 2018 operating system

so wddm and everything else needed to use ReactOS on modern hw will become a priority

but there are more important things atm
