Cool thing that ReactOS improves upon its theming support, but I still wonder how it manages to have render errors in Winamp's Playlist and Media Library (had to force switch to modern skin or else the media library won't even show up)

Microsoft with Windows Vista create "Aero", this was eavy with resources, and now with windows 10 is creating "Project Neon"

if reactos want make just transparency for elements like Window Title Bar and Task Bar, I guess could be something simple and nice anyway

Neon is just drawing UWP UI elements over a Aero/whatever translucent background

It's more or less a cheap hack with no new technology behind it
