You really shouldn't be using unetbootin, but it appears to be a similar tool, but for writing windows isos, since they still won't give iso's you can just dd

for uefi install, just format usb stick as fat/mbr, copy all files from boot dvd, boot. wow, it works

But they do give you ISOs. It's an option in the installer.
