excuse me, i'd like to point out one thing. i'm from veneto, a region in the northeast of italy. "tecchio" is a typical surname of my area. and it absolutely has no russian correspondency. here is a map to show "tecchio" surname diffusion in italy http://www.cognomix.it/mappe-dei-cognomi-italiani/TECCHIO
