I do not have enough information about the history of Spain. But in the Qajar period (200 years ago) when Britain and Russia intervened in Iran Half of Iran was lost and divided into countries such as Afghanistan, Pakistan, Turkmenistan, Azerbaijan and Armenia. The Middle East is no longer a good place to live.

Can't one just make an assistant 'module' and integrate it into some already made DE's to lessen the work? I know of a couple of voice controlled open source assistants already.

yes, but to create a better integration between Assistant and DE we need to develop both one for the other , then we have many examples and we take as an example a lot of code with the same license

On FBSD upgrade process between published releases. I have installed 11.4, instead of 12.0, 12.2 or 13, and I wonder how I need to upgrade in general from one version to another?

As an install comes out of support, does a simple freebsd-upgrade fetch install do the trick?
