That’s what I would say everyone has their own timeline. Keep contributing what you do the best for others than complaining and comparing. Because we need more people help more people.
I am doing my work free time and trying to build a full time team so they can take care of things. When I build teams be a supportive of it not influencers. So I can free up my time and the team run the show.
Also remember every master once . The master mindset comes keep on teaching that’s what I learned during my first faculty Job
